If you have been stuck at cranking, try this “reversed” approach. Now you are not limited by the offers. You are liberated from the limited thinking posed by the offer itself. Now you can find opportunities first, then use offers to monetize the opportunities. Let me open your mind a little more with a simple but powerful trick:
Next time when you are going to watch TV, take a notepad with you. Take a note of whats hot on the news (new government policy, celebrity news, local events), take a note of all kinds of advertisements (weight loss, money making, coupons, promotions, pay close attention to those 30-minute-long informationals, those are my favorite TV programmes), take a note of domain names if any are ever mentioned. If you do this for one day, you are going to have 10 pages of keywords you can use to promote your own campaigns.
The keywords for your campaigns can be an event, can be a company name, can be a domain name, can be a coupon code. Do you get it? What happens is people see the TV programme, then they go back to their computer to Google more information about it. Who are these people? Buyers!
They are your target audience. The keywords they are using are NOT the keywords you get from Google External Tool. Its related to the specific TV program they have been watching. This is one kind of HOT BUYER traffic with very little competition (not in all cases, but in many cases). I have pages and pages of such keywords, generated by watching TV, and I don’t have time to implement all of them into my campaigns yet.
